Healing happens in relationship

With yourself, with others, and with the world around you

Welcome to Cedar Grove

At Cedar Grove Counseling and Wellness Services, we believe healing happens in relationship- with ourselves, with others, with nature and within a therapeutic environment that honors your whole being.

Our team of experienced clinicians specializes in complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders and relationship challenges.  We offer integrative, evidence-based care rooted in somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches.  Because healing isn’t just cognitive- it lives in the body too.

We are proud to serve the Seacoast NH community and welcome individuals, couples and families from all backgrounds and identities.  We specialize in affirming, identity-conscious care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and are committed to creating a therapeutic space where every person feels seen, safe and supported.

Marcia Roche, LICSW, CCTP

Owner & Clinical Director | Individual, Couples & Family Therapist she/her

Hello, and welcome to Cedar Grove. I’m Marcia — and I’m so glad you’re here.

I founded Cedar Grove in 2019 after eight years in community mental health across Florida, North Carolina, and New Hampshire. I built this practice on a deeply held belief: every person deserves to feel truly seen, heard, and safe. When someone takes the courageous step of reaching out, it is our privilege to meet them there.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with 13 years of experience, I specialize in complex trauma and PTSD. I’m trained in EMDR, somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, and TF-CBT — and I find it profoundly meaningful to support people in feeling safe in their own bodies and relationships again.

Affirming care for queer and trans clients is both a clinical specialty and a deeply personal commitment. You will always be fully seen and celebrated here.

Above all, I believe healing happens in relationship. I love collaborating with each person I work with to explore what healing looks like for them — at their own pace, on their own terms.

Whatever brings you here, you belong.

Camber Olsen, LICSW

Individual Therapist

Hi there! I’m Camber Olsen, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I’ve been in the human services field since 2010 and have been providing clinical mental health services since earning my Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2017. I’ve been part of the Cedar Grove team since 2021.

My therapeutic style is conversational and heavily influenced by my training and deep interest in mindfulness, yoga, and acceptance-based philosophies. I love working with clients who know that change is necessary — they just aren’t sure where to start. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and I work hard to create a space where fears, self-doubts, shame, and worries can be explored without judgment or invalidation.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, life transitions, trauma, and identity exploration. My favorite modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Empathy, metaphor, self-determination, and humor are essential parts of how I work.

I believe finding the right fit is everything. If you’re looking for an empathetic, supportive therapist and think we might click — reach out when you’re ready. I’d love to hear from you.

Individual & Family Therapist

“Courage is found in unlikely places.” ~ J.R.R. Tolkien

My name is Kelly Lee, and I am a psychotherapist working with adolescents, adults, and couples here at Cedar Grove. I am honored to meet and collaborate with every individual I’m given the privilege to know through my work as a therapist. My clinical approach is an integrated one, beginning first with the foundation of a client-centered therapeutic relationship. From there, I’ll work alongside you to explore and implement evidence-based strategies and techniques including CBT, MI, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, humanistic approaches, and more. Most importantly, our work together will be uniquely shaped around you and your goals.

My path to becoming a therapist is one I’m proud of. I first earned a bachelor’s degree in physiological psychology from Western State Colorado University in 1991, and then spent more than two decades in early learning and child development — supporting teachers, young children, and their families. My longtime vision of practicing as a therapist never left me, and I returned to school to earn my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University in 2023. I am currently a candidate for licensure in New Hampshire and completed my DBT training in 2025.

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, late adulthood challenges, self-esteem, parenting stress, and more.

I believe that alongside every challenge we carry, we also bring personal strengths, skills, and the capacity for courage — and I consider it a privilege to walk that path with you.

Individual, Group & Family Therapist

“You’re not alone / There is more to this, I know / You can make it out / You will live to tell…” ~ Saosin

Hello there! I’m Charles Schindler, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing psychotherapy and mental health treatment for over a decade. I earned my Master of Social Work with a focus in Trauma Recovery from Boston University in 2014 and began my professional journey in community mental health before transitioning to private practice.

I understand that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. My style is collaborative and conversational, and I aim to develop a treatment approach grounded in your identity, your story, and your personal goals. I know that therapy can feel overwhelming, disorienting, and heavy at times — so I work to offer a space where nothing has to be minimized or rushed, where your feelings can be fully felt, carefully explored, and better understood. I believe in treating the whole person and their environment, not just a diagnosis. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or exploring aspects of your identity, we’ll look at the whole picture together.

Much of my professional development has focused on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — in individual and group settings, and including DBT training for other mental health professionals. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other approaches. I truly believe that validation, empathy, and humor are the unsung heroes of any therapeutic relationship.

If you’re looking for an empathetic, encouraging, and supportive therapist with a dash of humor — I think we could be a good match. You deserve more than just getting by. I want to help you build a life that feels meaningful, empowered, and worth living.
